Katy made a controversial appearance on Sesame St where she was criticised for her plunging neckline. You can replicate the controversy with a low cut lime green dress, a push up bra, a bridal veil and an elmo by your side. This can either be someone in a full elmo suit or just a stuffed elmo toy.

To get this look, which Katy famously wore in her California Gurls video, you might have to get somewhat creative. The long shocking blue wig with a heart on top will be easy to find/make on line, the spangly denim short shorts easy too… but the bikini top with cup cakes on the front?
Let’s start off with the easy bit. To make the headpiece I’d suggest buying a long shocking blue wig and a similarly coloured head band. You then need to find some material to make a heart in the same colour. So use foam or paper mache to shape and colour one.
Unfortunately the cup cake bikinis are not available to but online so you will have to take a normal bikini and do some needlecraft to add the delicious treats to the front.
